FREE SHIPPING WORLD WIDE

Shipping times vary depending on product availability. Our jewels are hand made and processing times may vary from jewel to jewel. It may take a little longer to have you jewel delivered but having a true classic hand made Italian jewel, is worth waiting for. Purchased jewelry is usually shipped from 48 hours to 15 days from the order confirmation date, depending on product availability. In the case of custom jewelry, new collections or catalog jewelry, shipping times range from 48 hours to 60 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

Except as otherwise provided for in the following paragraph and in the cases expressly provided for by art. 59, first paragraph, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without indicating the reasons within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you (i) received the product or (ii) in the case of the purchase of multiple products delivered separately within one order, when the latest product is received. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact Bassi Italian jewels Customer Service. If you decide to use your right of withdrawal, you will be refunded any payments you made, but not delivery cost.
The refund can be suspended until the goods are received and the Quality office demonstrates that the goods have been delivered in compliance with the following points. We remind you that the products must be returned in perfect condition, especially:
1. The product and its packaging must be in the same conditions in which they were received.
2. The document with the diamonds’ certification must be intact and in perfect condition.
3. The shopping bag must be returned to the same condition in which it was received.

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Please note that pursuant to art. 59, first paragraph, letter c) of Italian
Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the provision of “products that are custom packaged or that are clearly personalized”.

RHODIUM-PLATING SERVICE

Rhodium-plating is a process that serves to enhance the purity and brilliance white gold and silver by covering the jewel with a thin layer of rhodium by means of a galvanic bath.
